Six Steps to a Madam’s Organ Thursday Nights Non-Profits Profit Fundraiser
 

Here’s how to have your organization featured at Madam’s Organ:
  1. Fill out the Madam’s fundraiser webform below.
     
  2. Email your logo to us at madamsorgan@earthlink.net.
     
  3. Upon us contacting you to schedule a night... notify your

    • etc...

    Here’s some sample email text for you to use:
     

    "Need a reason to drink? Here's a great one- down a beer or two and support community based nonprofit organizations throughout the District! Come down to Madam’s Organ Blues Bar anytime from 5pm to 8pm for Happy Hour and stay all night to listen to the live music and keep our fundraiser going! At Madams Organ Happy Hour on Thursday's, you will be sure to enjoy the atmosphere of a live blues bar and soul food restaurant that has repeatedly been voted one of the top 20 in the entire country. Leave it to Madams Organ to give you a chance to drink for a cause OR, for all of you Madams regulars out there, to give you a cause to drink for!"

  4. Contact Madam’s to let us know what your plans are: Auction, raffle, contest? Will you need a mic? We’ll need to know how many people you estimate will attend.
     
  5. Get your literature, merchandise, auction items, etc., together and bring them down to Madam’s between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm on the day of your fundraiser.
     
  6. Be ready to network, drink, eat and raise some money!
