After being
unable to prove that the Madam's low cut blouse constitutes
obscenity, some wanna-be bureaucrats
are now saying the mural of the Madam constitutes a "sign"
which needs special permits and they want us to remove the
lettering. What would Madam look like without her
"words"?
Kind of emphasized to say the least, hmm? Quoted in the
following Washington Post article, Madam's Bill Duggan
says about the text being removed, "I don't want these big
breasts hanging over the street!" (Note picture above
